Reminder!
Saturday we have our Block of the Month (9:15 upstairs) and Embroidery clubs (10am downstairs). In
the afternoon join us at 1pm for Heirloom Stitching (project: bolster pillow).
April 25th we welcome Diane Loomis back for Elegant Background Fills. This half day free motion
sewing experience will emphasize how to create beautiful grided fills.
You'll learn how to mark your fabric in a perfect grid and then use
these lines to create amazing and beautiful fills perfect for a wide
range of projects.
Sunday we will be closed for the holiday, and wish
all of you a happy and safe weekend.

Embroidery Club
Supply list:
Please bring your embroidery
machine, transfer media, sharp applique scissors, embroidery
scissors, assorted embroidery threads in spring colors, 5"x7"
hoop or larger. Project will use timtex in the hoop to create a spring
ornament or napkin ring.
Heirloom Stitching
Supply list:
Sewing machine in good working
order (embroidery module if you'd like to add a small embroidery to
your bolster along with neutral & pale embroidery threads), piping
foot, cording foot, pintuck foot, overcasting foot, zigzag
foot, open toe/decorative stitching foot, ruler, water soluable
marking tool, , cutting tools, grid marker (optional), neutral colored
50-100 weight cotton or silk threads (white, ivory, pale pink...), size
70 microtex needle, twin needle (size 3.0 recommended).
